I’m TinBears, a content creator with a passion for programming, gaming, and storytelling. You can find me streaming live on Twitch and sharing my adventures on YouTube. After obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Technology, I’ve continued to further my education and developed skills in new programming languages and technologies like Python, Rust, DevOps, Virtualization, Containerization, and AI. When I’m not coding, you’ll catch me… well… I’m pretty much always coding or playing!
My love for gaming extends beyond playing – I also enjoy developing my own experiences! In fact, I created a unique overlay for my stream that simulates the thrill of mining in TinBearia. This is just one aspect of the rich lore and world-building I have planned. You can even interact with an entity called TinMiner5, which has become a beloved part of my community.
The Story Behind TinBears
It all started when I discovered Twitch. The idea of connecting with people from around the world and sharing experiences blew my mind. My first foray into streaming didn’t last long due to life’s commitments at the time. However, I’ll never forget the first time someone came in and exchanged a few messages.
Years later, remembering this feeling, I revisited Twitch under the name “TinBears,” inspired by the nickname my grandfather called me by: Ten Bears. I’ve always been drawn to crafting stories and worlds. Thus, I created TinBearia, a fictional realm where everyone lives together in harmony (just don’t venture outside the safety of the walls) within the city of Alacrity.
It is my hope that you will join me on this journey as we explore the wonders of TinBearia – its people, places, and experiences. Will you begin your adventure?
